Our Initial consultation together can be in person at clynden ave specialist centre, or virtually. We will connect and build rapport and establish a coaching plan that focuses on you, your concerns, your goals, on day one.

Step 2:
In the coaching sessions we help you identify your core values for what you want in your life, and any limiting beliefs that are holding you back. We will build your confidence to feel more empowered and in control to find new ways to overcome them. We will also help you create your Menopause/Hormonal Wellness Vision Statement and plan for your nutrition, exercise/movement, self-care, lifestyle, work, and mindset. This will help you prioritize the goals and strategies that align with this vision and cultivate a personalized roadmap for success.
